Miami, It Is Time to Come Alive
The rhythm of this city already pulses with healing energy. On May 12th, Breath of Life is turning that rhythm inward.
Miami Has Always Known How to Move. Now It Is Time to Breathe.
Miami is a city that pulses. The music, the color, the energy, the ocean…everything here is alive. This is a place that understands rhythm in its bones. It is a city that knows how to move, how to celebrate, how to feel things fully and without apology.
On May 12, 2026, the Breath of Life Tour is bringing that same energy inward.
This is the flagship stop of the tour, and we are going all in. The goal is simple: fill a room with 200 or more people who are ready to experience what happens when ancient healing practices meet modern sound, cutting-edge science, and the kind of community that makes you remember why you are alive.
Miami, this one is for you.
What Is Breath of Life?
Breath of Life is a modern-day ceremonial concert. It is not a class. It is not a lecture. It is not a passive experience you observe from a safe distance. It is a full-body, full-spirit immersion that guides you through a carefully designed journey of release, reconnection, and renewal.
The evening moves through five stages:
Cacao Opening — The ceremony begins with heart-opening cacao — a sacred plant medicine used for centuries across Central and South America. This is your threshold moment. The moment you cross from the noise of the outside world into the stillness within. The cacao grounds you. The intention sets the container. And the journey begins.
Ecstatic Movement — Miami knows how to move. This phase channels that energy into something intentional. Guided movement shakes loose what the body has been holding — stress, grief, stagnation, numbness. The music builds, the room comes alive, and you let your body lead. No steps to learn. No performance to give. Just freedom.
Sonic Breathwork — This is the heart of Breath of Life. Rhythmic breathing techniques that have been practiced for thousands of years are fused with modern immersive sound design to guide you into expanded states of consciousness. This is where walls come down. Where the armor softens. Where the nervous system finally exhales the thing it has been gripping for weeks, months, or years.
Sound Healing — Crystal bowls, gongs, and live vocals envelop the room in frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep cellular rest. This is the integration phase. The body absorbs what just moved through it. Many participants describe this as the most peaceful state they have ever experienced while fully awake.
Live Musical Performance — The evening closes the way Miami would want it to — with live music, energy, and celebration. Healing is not always quiet. Sometimes it is joyful. Sometimes it is loud. Sometimes it looks like a room full of people who walked in as strangers and are now dancing together like family.

Why Miami Is the Heart of This Tour
Miami is not just another city on the map. It is one of the most culturally rich, spiritually diverse, and energetically alive cities in the world.
The Latin American and Caribbean roots that run through this city carry centuries of wisdom about plant medicine, ceremony, community healing, and the power of rhythm to shift consciousness. Breath of Life draws deeply from these traditions, and bringing this experience to Miami feels less like an introduction and more like a homecoming.
Miami is also a city of reinvention. People come here to start over, to shed old identities, to step into something new. That energy of transformation is woven into the DNA of this place. And it is exactly the energy that Breath of Life is designed to catalyze.
This is also the stop where we expect the largest crowd of the tour. Our goal is 200 or more participants — and we are building everything around making this the most powerful, most supported, and most unforgettable evening of the entire Breath of Life experience.
We are thrilled to announce that the Breath of Life Tour is now formally partnered with MAPS — the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies — as a founding partner. MAPS has spent 40 years advancing the science and understanding of psychedelic-assisted healing, and this partnership reflects a shared commitment to bridging ancient wisdom and modern research. The official announcement drops on April 8th, MAPS’s 40th anniversary. We could not be more honored.
The Biology of Breath: What the Science Shows
Miami is a city that values looking good and feeling good. But Breath of Life goes deeper than surface-level wellness. The practices inside this experience are backed by a rapidly growing body of peer-reviewed research.
Structured breathwork has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the branch of your biology responsible for rest, digestion, repair, and recovery. In clinical settings, single breathwork sessions have been documented to reduce cortisol levels by over 40 percent. Inflammation markers like hsCRP have dropped below lab-detectable thresholds. Neuroprotective markers have been observed to triple, supporting brain longevity, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance.
Healing is multidimensional. Biology and consciousness are intertwined. Emotional breakthroughs influence physical biomarkers. The nervous system is a gateway to longevity.
Sound healing contributes to this biological reset by entraining brainwave patterns into theta and delta frequencies — the same states associated with deep meditation, REM sleep, and cellular regeneration. Ceremonial cacao, rich in theobromine and flavonoids, promotes cardiovascular flow and naturally elevates serotonin and endorphin levels.
Somatic movement — the kind you will experience in the ecstatic movement phase — helps discharge stored stress from the body’s fascia and muscular system. Chronic tension patterns that have been building for years can begin to release in a single session when the right conditions are created.
This is not alternative medicine. This is the future of integrative health. And the data is catching up to what practitioners and communities like Luminate have known for years.
Who Comes to Breath of Life?
The beauty of Breath of Life is that it meets everyone where they are. In Miami, we expect a room that reflects the full spectrum of this city’s diversity:
Athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking for recovery and performance that goes beyond the physical
Entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals carrying the weight of ambition without a space to exhale
Healers, therapists, and caregivers who give endlessly and rarely create space to receive
People exploring breathwork, plant medicine, or somatic healing for the first time
Veterans, first responders, and frontline workers seeking nervous system regulation
Anyone who has felt the quiet pull toward something more — more connection, more meaning, more presence
You do not need to meditate. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to have done any of this before. You just need to be willing to breathe and let go.
The Space Holder Program: Your Safety Is Sacred
When you enter a Breath of Life experience, you are not just walking into an event. You are walking into a carefully designed container held by people who have been trained, vetted, and prepared to support you.
For the Miami stop, we are recruiting 8 to 10 dedicated space holders through a multi-step application, interview, and onboarding process. Led by Sammy, our space holder program director, this team is composed of trauma-informed practitioners whose only role during the event is to be present for participants.
If something moves in you that is bigger than you expected — tears, laughter, shaking, stillness, memories, emotions you thought you had already dealt with — someone will be there. Not to manage you. Not to direct you. Simply to hold space while your body and spirit do what they were always designed to do: heal.
In a room of 200 people, every single one of you will be seen.

Beyond the Event: The Luminate Community
One evening can open the door. But real transformation happens in the days, weeks, and months that follow.
The Luminate Community exists for exactly this reason. It is a private digital space — recently migrated to a new platform with enhanced features — where members access Jordan’s exclusive meditation library, weekly livestreams, monthly newsletters from the founding team, integration resources, and a network of people who are walking the same path.
Miami will be electric. But the integration is where the magic truly takes root. The community is your anchor between the peak experiences — the place where the insights become habits, the breakthroughs become baselines, and the strangers from the event become your people.
Miami, This Is Your Invitation
On May 12, 2026, a room in your city is going to fill with people who are done waiting for permission to heal, to feel, to connect, to be fully alive.
They will breathe together. Move together. Release together. And celebrate together.
The cacao is sourced. The sound system is dialed. The space holders are trained. The facilitators — led by Jordan Poyer and a world-class team — are ready. The MAPS partnership is live. Everything is in place.
The only piece missing is you.
If you have been scrolling looking for a sign — this is it. If you have been carrying something heavy and wondering where to put it down — this is the place. If you have been feeling the pull toward something you cannot quite explain — trust that feeling. It is not random. It is your body telling you it is time.
Every inhale is a return. Every exhale is a release. This is how we rise. — Jordan Poyer
